Looking at the serial range for the Padless collected so far 27022-30083 and the other Elkhart's and Elkhart stencils in this range, it could be estimated that the production of the Padless was about 1500 to 2000 units.

The serial numbers and features are pointing in this direction. Getting back to Elkhart - a couple of observations, one of which was inspired by the above conversation.ġ) It looks like the Windsor brand/line may have taken over the Elkhart mantel and design features once the Aristocrat took over the Elkhart brand design features.
